What Is A Deed Of Trust?
A Deed Of Trust is just like a mortgage. It is the document recorded on a specific property at the County Recorder's Office, encumbering the property with a lien. You receive this Deed Of Trust at closing, and it serves as collateral for your Promissory Note, which you also receive at closing.

How Your Earnings Are Achieved
You fund a fully insured property that requires a renovation/remodel. In exchange, you receive 16% compound interest for 6 months. After your loan payoff, you can finance another property, and keep your money working at a high rate of return. Better still -- your funds can come from an IRA or 401k, so your earnings are tax-deferred or even tax-free.

1. Promissory Note, which defines the terms of our agreement. It serves as the "I-O-U" for the transaction.
2. Deed of Trust, which puts the house as collateral for your loan
3. Title Insurance, which states there are no judgments, loans, or liens.
4. Hazard Insurance, fully insured property with you listed as the loss payee.
5. Equity Buildup, as a result of our property renovation/remodel.
6. Asset Protection, in the form of two tangible assets -- the land & house.
