What Is A Deed Of Trust Investment?
A Deed Of Trust (similar to a mortgage) is the document recorded on a specific property at the County Recorder's Office, encumbering the property with a lien. You receive this Deed Of Trust at closing, and it serves as collateral for your Promissory Note, which you also receive at closing.

Your Return On Investment (ROI)
You fund a fully insured property that requires renovation. In exchange, you receive 16% compound interest for 6 months. After your loan payoff, you can fund another property to keep your money working at a high rate of return.
